Kobu Reviewed: Best Kombucha
When we received the package, we were really impressed with the cute glass bottles that really looked great. We received the Ginger Lemon, Rose Lemonade and the Pineapple flavor.
However, one thing caught our attention was the brownish-white matter that floated at the base of the bottle. Just to let you know, it’s basically the byproduct of the fermentation process, mostly yeast and is totally neutral and safe to consume.
If you don’t wish to consume, you can surely strain your kombucha through a fine-mesh sieve.

On first look, the drink is exactly like water. The content of soda (carbonation) is less as compared to that of an aerated drink. Also, it’s not as bubbly or thick like a syrup.
