So where can you get a cycle on rent in Thane from Velocrush?
Our cycle on rent in Thane facility is located at M M R D A bldg no R-5 Hari Om nagar front of A p Kalam garden mulund east Mumbai -400081. Once you arrive at the location, you can start riding your bike in less than 10 minutes. Ensure you reserve in advance within 48 hours prior to booking as our services are first come first serve basis. We are open six days a week from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m from Tuesday to Sunday. We also provide doorstep services where we drop the cycle at your place (extra charges).
A phone call in advance of your arrival is greatly appreciated and will allow us to advise you of availability.

What kind of deposit or ID do I need?
All you need is your Aadhar card or Pan card. No Deposit Required.
Do the bikes come with pedals?
All our bikes are fitted with a standard flat pedal. Shoes are ‘not’ available for rental.
Do I need any tools?
No, you do not need any tools. All our bikes are in good condition and we always do a bike check-p before handing it over to anyone. If you are going on long rides or are looking to rent for a brevet, we will provide you with a saddle bag that includes 1 tube, patch kit, tire levers, mini-tool and emergency pump on request in-store.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
YES! Helmets are compulsory to wear and are provided with all our rental bikes included in our rental price.
Do the rentals come with extras and spares?
Gel seat covers, lights, spare inner tubes, bicycle pumps, saddles bags etc are limited and will be rented out at a fee on a first come first serve basis.
What if I want to return the bike early or keep it longer?
Simply notify use of your desire. If the bicycle is not reserved for the desired time, we will inform you and additional charges will be applied upon the return. If the bicycle is reserved, it must be returned on the original date/time.
Where can I pick up bicycle?
You will have to come to our centre to pick up the bike at the decided time, date and address.
Should I make a reservation?
YES, reservations are strongly recommended in order to guarantee that we have the correct bike available for you. During peak periods you should reserve in advance within 72 hours prior to booking.
How do weekend reservations work?
The last reservations for weekends through email will be accepted on Thursday afternoons at 1pm. Any reservation received by email after 1pm on a Thursday will not be accepted and urge you to call our office on +8928041081 to check the availability for Friday and Saturday.
Group Bookings?
We gladly accept group bookings but ensure a minimum 7 day reservation. Group bookings incur full payment if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
When do I pick up my bike?
All reserved bikes must be picked up on scheduled booked time and date, unless special arrangements have been made. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking. Please call the store if you are delayed in collection your rental.
What about riding at night?
We have limited lights available to rent at AED 15.00 a set or you can purchase your own set from our store starting from AED 75.00.
What are your public holiday rates?
Weekend rates apply for public / religious holidays despite the holiday falling on a week day.
